Our general physical preparation (GPP) training sessions focus on the principles of safe proper movement. Here, you’d learn how to move with tension, apply breathing techniques for optimal performance and activate the right muscles to prevent injury, and a better quality of life. Here’s what we recommend for the most game-changing results.

 
 
 

Strong

Weight-bearing, anaerobic bursts, breathing techniques, strength training and balancing the nervous system- the best type of training for building muscle that’s essential to lowering inflammation and gaining overall health and well-being. A moderate to high intensity conditioning class.

Structure

Learn how to move for transformational results. Breathe, move, and re-wire your nervous system for improved power, speed and endurance. Free your muscles and joint to function as they are intended to so that you’ll look healthier, feel better, and show up effectively in other areas of your life- family, career, etc. Other great outcomes include increased aerobic capacity, boost of production of natural growth hormones and increased insulin sensitivity.

Weightlifting

Learn the Olympic lifts - Snatch and Clean & Jerk from current National Weightlifters and Record Holders. A simple training methodology that strives to optimise expression of strength in both the classic lifts through better movement, and always take into account individual differences.

Assessment

Get a detailed assessment to identify and improve your muscle imbalances which is either causing you pain or preventing you from achieving your fullest potential. Teambuilding / Private Groups

Our training is designed to maximise objectives and intent, but never at the expense of your safety. Suitable for all ages, at varied fitness levels. Corporate team building activities, school training, birthday workouts, bachelor’s workout or hen party. Safe Distancing Measures apply for group sessions. More details here.

Outdoor (Suspended until further notice)

Team workout, high intensity, mental stretch, a wee bit of competition and a whole load of fun. Free for monthly members, $10 for non-members. No fitness background required. Meet at Canvas then we will move to Open space at SMU (next to Sch of Info System). Every first Sunday of the month, 3- 5pm. Signup here

Movement Mechanics (suspended till further notice)

Go back to basics and learn the right form. Build a solid foundation so that you can get stronger, mentally & physically. Master key movements with right techniques- push, pull, squat, hinge and more. Understand torque chains, breathing techniques and how to move under tension. 90 mins long, every first & third Monday 730pm.
