CrossFit

A specialised CrossFit class designed for those seeking higher intensity and advanced skill levels. We offer a tailored approach to help you achieve your performance goals by prioritising skill acquisition, refining movement mechanics, and optimizing time domains. Membership includes access to Gymnastics, Structure class and unlimited open gym. Canvas Training is the home of SuperSonic CrossFit.

Performance

For seasoned CrossFit athletes seeking to advance your skills and shift your training towards capacity for more advanced skills and get your training towards CrossFit as a competitive sport rather just a fitness method. Pre-requisites apply. 90 mins training session. Membership includes access to CrossFit, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Structure class & unlimited open gym.


Structure

Structure classes are built on the pillars of holistic development of fitness, focusing on strength, aerobic capacity and mobility. You will learn mind-muscle connection to gain awareness of your own movements, how to apply proper biomechanics and bracing that keeps you safe, and how to move odd objects (such as sandbags or sleds); It comprise of Structure (Engine) and Structure (Strength) training programs. Suitable for athletes of all levels. Included as part of CrossFit & Performance membership plan.


Olympic Weightlifting

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned lifter, hone your skills in the classic Olympic Weightlifting lifts through improved movement. Champion of 2024 and 2022 SWF Inter-Club Challenge and Runner-Up of 2023 SWF Inter-Club Challenge. Included as part of CrossFit & Performance membership plan.


Personal Training

Recommended for busy professionals or those with specific schedule preferences. Personal training sessions can run on both weekdays and weekends!
