Which training do I sign up for?

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING: Master the art of lifting and discover your unique style with our Weightlifting coaches. Refine your snatches, cleans, and jerks with us.

CROSSFIT: Ideal for those looking to embrace fitness through the CrossFit modality. Our classes emphasize precise, constraint-led functional movements with active variation, incorporating strength training, bodybuilding, metabolic conditioning, and barbell work. Beginners need not worry, as movements will be tailored to your fitness level. Your CrossFit membership also includes access to Build & Structure classes. Licensed under the name of SuperSonic CrossFit.

PERFORMANCE: For seasoned CrossFit athletes aiming to elevate their capacity for advanced skills and transition their training towards competitive CrossFit, not just fitness. Pre-requisites apply. Each session lasts 90 mins.

BUILD: Perfect for those who enjoy a traditional bodybuilding program combined with some aerobic work (low cardio). This is a great alternative for those who prefer not to engage in high-skill movements or simply want to maintain a consistent workout routine.

STRUCTURE: Ideal for individuals looking to enhance their strength by establishing a solid foundation. This training program targets unilateral exercises and corrects muscle imbalances to build a more stable base.

GYMNASTICS: Crafted to offer an engaging path for both novices and seasoned athletes to boost overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. The sessions primarily concentrate on developing fundamental strength and mobility, mastering proper techniques, and enhancing body control.

STRONG SENIOR: A functional training program tailored for seniors aiming to improve fitness and strength. The focus is on strength training, cardio, and core exercises. Seniors will learn proper form and techniques from our experienced coaches while enjoying a full-body workout in a safe environment. This thoughtfully designed program is also beginner-friendly.

What does my first visit look like?

Upon payment and signing waiver, download PushPress Member App to select your drop-in date and time. If the class is full, you can choose to Waitlist or select another date/time. When you arrive, place your bag at designated lockers and join the class. Our coaches will be expecting you!

After my first visit, I’m sold! I’d like to sign up for membership, how does that work?

Within the PushPress Member app, click on “Memberships” > “Add new membership” and select your desired plan.
