Canvas exists as we saw a gap in fitness knowledge and coaching standards in Singapore. Friends/ Love ones were getting unnecessarily injured due to lack of knowledge, improper movement standards and little coaching from their trainers.
There was also a lot of streotype of expectations of what a gym or a gym-goer should look like, so we wanted to created a safe space where people can come as they are.
Here, you’d see colours of purple, orange and pink because they represent power fruits- acai, papaya, guava. Power fruits that nourish.
The spring in our logo represents more than the muscle contraction when you’re working out. It speaks of your progressive fitness journey, and we’re charting it alongside you.
Our CrossFit and Weightlifting classes emphasise on principles of safe proper movement. Where you can feel safe pushing your limits. Where you’re accountable, but never judged.

Our training keeps a tight balance between states of fight, flight, and flow to get members the best outcome. This builds their mental strength beyond the gym, for better living.

By controlling the breath, the state of mind, performance output and outcome are intrinsically impacted. These techniques also help our members at home, at work or at school!
