Through the assessment, you will learn how to identify and improve existing muscle imbalances which are causing you pain or preventing you from achieving your fullest potential. This will enable you to plug holes in your strength foundation so that you can get stronger, safer.

Learn how to recruit the correct muscles when training to decrease risk of training-related injuries. Develop a personalised workout plan that takes your imbalances into account.

The assessment will take between 1.5 hours—2 hours, and costs SGD125. To make an appointment, sign up here.
